Meet the Team

LLED Construction Ltd. was founded in 1995 by our current Operations Director Mr. Dee Addison with the stated objective to serve the emerging new reactive maintenance marketplace.

Initially the company mainly traded as a strategic partner or sub-contractor to the main national players in this field. During this time the company was twice awarded the title of Sub-contractor of the year by the maintenance arm of Mansell plc.

As the company grew it developed and cultivated its own direct work client base, raising to its current status of delivering direct to the client regional reactive maintenance services whilst still providing strategic partnering to national maintenance service providers. In 2016 LLED construction was wholly acquired by its longstanding client Morris and Spottiswood Ltd. Dee was retained as a director to oversee the running of the business and the ultimate integration into the maintenance arm of our new owners in the near future.

Dee Addison | Operations Director

Dee has over thirty years’ experience working within construction the past twenty seven of which have been in senior management roles. In the early years of his construction career he worked as a bricklayer and thus has the benefit of hands on experience, throughout this career his work has mainly focused on the maintenance and repair of commercial premises. With his detailed knowledge and extensive experience he is able to offer great depth of service to clients advising them on resolutions to current problems and offering plans to prevent future issues arising.

Gary Noble | Senior Contracts manager

Gary has over thirty year’s constructional experience with the past seven years in a senior management role. Gary commenced his career in the industry as an electrician his hands on experience and knowledge enhances his management skills and benefits service and product delivery to our clients.

Scott Adamson | M & E Contracts manager

Scott has over twelve years’ experience within mechanical and electrical installations and maintenance with the past three spent as a contacts manager. Scott commenced his career in construction as an electrician and his hands on technical knowledge and skills are a great asset to his management skills in guiding our M & E team.

Michelle Davidson | Quantity surveyor

Michelle worked for many years within high street banking and finance and after a career break in Australia she returned to the UK and came to LLED where her analytical mind and excellent financial skills made her the perfect candidate to lead our quantity surveying department.

Wendy McNeil | Helpdesk Administrator

Wendy is one of the cheery voices who greets you when you call the landline, along with Joanne she fronts our helpdesk team, her expertise and experience in all matters administrative and customer service based speaks for itself. Wendy also handles our sales invoicing, client portal updating along with the staff payroll production.

Joanne Willacy | Accounts administrator

Joanne is the cheery voice who greets you when you call the office phone, along with Wendy she fronts our helpdesk team, she also handles our invoicing, is responsible for keeping our fleet of vehicles legal and mobile.

Michelle Dixon | Helpdesk administrator

Michelle is our newest member to the LLED back of house team she does valuable works on the helpdesk, within the invoice production and client reporting fields.
